Rooms are fashioned with air conditioning for warm summer days and the extra cold days in winter. All rooms are fitted with a bar size refrigerator and a kettle. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar are supplied daily.

All the rooms have exterior entrances, and you are supplied with a remote control for the gate at clock-in.
No visitors are allowed after 23h00 at night to give all other paying guests opportunity for a restful sleep.

A basic breakfast is offered in the morning from 07h00 – 09h00.
Load-shedding had become part of all house-holdings in South Africa. During load-shedding a generator will operate and every room’s appliances will function except for the air-conditioning. The generator will not be operated between 23h00 and 06h00 due to the noise it makes.
The guesthouse is situated close to the N1 and for any person driving passed Bloemfontein and feeling tired, it is easy to get to the guesthouse taking the Nelson Mandela Drive take off and drive for ±4 kilometres to reach the guesthouse.
